Clinical Supervision

Marianne offers clinical supervision to fellow clinicians- both licensed, unlicensed, and graduate interns. Marianne expertise in supervision comes from her experiences in various models and settings such as agencies, in-home therapy, intensive outpatient, and private practice. Marianne’s clinical supervision service is geared toward helping clinicians to best understand and provide support their client. Supervision explores cases and conceptualizes through appropriate theories based on the need of the client’s presenting concern and presentation. Marianne’s skillset ranges from Structural family therapy, attachment theory, narrative therapy, solution-focused, trauma-focused, and CBT and mindfulness-based techniques. Most importantly, Marianne sees clinician’s own exploration of self and the role he/she/they play in the therapy room as imperative to explore for success, and strongly incorporates self-of-the-therapist exploration into supervision.
